Hi, I'm Diane:
mama of five, postpartum doula and coach, and big fan of birth processing.
I remember how I felt after my son was born- my first unmedicated birth. He had to go to the NICU and my husband left to go check on our daughter. As the nurses were about to leave my room, they asked "do you need anything before we go?" and I was brave enough to say, "Yes-- could you help me process what just happened?" I cried, they listened, and it was a very healing experience.
Since then I have found different methods and questions to help you as you honor that sacred time that you worked so hard and gave birth to that baby (or babies!).
It's never too late to process your birth, and it will heal things within that have been subconsciously (or sometimes consciously and even physically) bothering you. Today is the perfect day to get started.
You don't have to do it all alone, mama. Let's start here.
